1 ) Shipping policy .

Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

Vipbehavior is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. most of our items are final sale, no refunds we only exchanges


RETURN PROCESS (Exchange Only)

  • Merchandise must be received back within 5 days of your delivery date and must email us for approval before sending the items back, for exchange . 
  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we will issue exchange or a store credit so you can use it towards another purchase and you will have 14 days from the date the store credit was issue to use it. We do not allow multiple exchanges meaning you will not be allowed to exchange from a specific order multiple times. For example if you place an order and receive it you are allow to make an exchange one time from that order so once you receive your new item that is final sale. We can't allow you to receive the exchange and then send that back for another item. If you need clarification text us ....

DEFECTIVE

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.

RETURNING

  • Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  • Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to three business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
